The perfect Keto snack

Are you looking for a creative snack that tastes delicious and is Keto-friendly? Look no further than these hunger-busting nutty balls. Perfect on the run or as an after-dinner treat.

Ingredients 

  • 1/4 cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter, preferably roasted
  • 1/4 cup desiccated shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxmeal
  • 1/2 cup keto granola
  • 3 tbsp virgin melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder or sugar-free vanilla extract

Method

  1. Blitz the shredded coconut, ground flaxmeal and keto granola in a blender for 10-15 seconds
  2. Heat the almond butter, cacao powder and coconut oil gently. Stir until the mixture is thick and even
  3. Place all ingredients, into a bowl and mix thoroughly
  4. Roll into bite-sized balls
  5. Chill into the fridge for about two hours. Store in a container in the refrigerator for up to one month
  6. Enjoy!
