Keto Snack Balls

The perfect Keto snack
Are you looking for a creative snack that tastes delicious and is Keto-friendly? Look no further than these hunger-busting nutty balls. Perfect on the run or as an after-dinner treat.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cacao powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter, preferably roasted
- 1/4 cup desiccated shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup ground flaxmeal
- 1/2 cup keto granola
- 3 tbsp virgin melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder or sugar-free vanilla extract
Method
- Blitz the shredded coconut, ground flaxmeal and keto granola in a blender for 10-15 seconds
- Heat the almond butter, cacao powder and coconut oil gently. Stir until the mixture is thick and even
- Place all ingredients, into a bowl and mix thoroughly
- Roll into bite-sized balls
- Chill into the fridge for about two hours. Store in a container in the refrigerator for up to one month
